Delivery Policy

We at Florescence operates every day including Fridays, orders must be placed minimum 24 hours ahead by the customers on any days.

For holidays and special events; kindly place your order minimum 72 hours ahead, so that delivery of the order can occur at the pre-arranged time.

Orders confirmed before 1:00 Pm will be processed the same day.

Orders confirmed after 1:00 Pm will be processed the next day.

Once the purchase had been made on Florescencegardens.com, clients will receive a payment confirmation by a system generated mail.

Once the order had been confirmed on the online webpage (www.florescencegardens.com); the delivery will be processed within the agreed time frame by Florescence.

All deliveries within Amman is free of charge, additional delivery charges apply for locations outside Amman, starting from 15 JD.

Delivery for Funeral Orders

Florescence treat funeral orders with the highest of priority, in order to process the order as smoothly as possible please provide us the following information in the address details or special instructions:

Full name of deceased, name and address of the funeral home and details of a relative will be required, and date / time of the funeral. 

Refund / Return Policy

Orders that have been confirmed and / or in delivery; can’t be changed or cancelled.

Florescence will not accept refunds to its customers; once the product had been collected and accepted by the customer.

Florescence, will accepts refunds to its customers for the following reasons:

Wrong product was sent, b) Product was damaged while shipping, and/or the product is defective.
